went down to collect the ReVantage card with Hana that i've waited for so long! hahah... so many ppl!!! den i decided to help Desmond out since we've fnished the ppt... so fun!!! lol... ok la... nth to do oso...

Had ACM meeting today! another stress stacking up on our shoulders! lol... haiz... what to do... but somehow it's some thing i can at least spend my time for...hahah...
den had dinner with Wen Hao, Jonathon, Edmund(who see us eat) with Elizaberth... lol... Wen Hao really damn funny! keep on shooting bullets all around! especially to Edmund! lol... poor Edmund... haha...

Some slimming facts i found on a web page when i was doing research for my class today:

Things to note for cutting fat:
- metabolism
- avoid fat triggering food (e.g. meat like beef and pork, dairy products(can be in small amt))
- execrise your whole body instead of just the area you want to slim down on
- never skip meals! but eat 5 meals per day at a very small amount each meal
