Healthy Meal Plan

For those who wants to watch their diet but still loves to it.

You can use it as a guideline when you are thinking of what to eat everyday.
Remember that you have to eat multinutriously.
I know it's difficult especially if you eat out all day(e.g. me) due to certain issues.
Or just plain lazy or inconvenience
Then you just have to take note of what you eat outside.

Just to share... As guideline that I had gotten from a source.

(Choose only ONE option of each category. Fresh vegetables are optional)
Breakfast:
1. 2 slices wholemeal bread(plain)
Plus EITHER
- ham (1 slice)
- magarine (1teaspoon)
- sardine - tomato sauce (1 tablespoon)
- tuna - in water (1 tablespoon)
- half boiled egg (1egg)
- hard boiled egg (1egg)
- low fat cheese (1 slice)
- low fat milk (250mg/1 cup)
2. Cornflakes (2/3 cup 150g) + low fat milk (250mg/1cup)
3. Cream crackers/ soda biscuits (1 packet/ 3-4 pieces)
4. Chee Cheong Fun (1 roll without any filling; no oil added)
5. Char siew bun or vegetable bun (1 small)
6. Porridge - chicken or fish (1 small bowl)

Lunch
*No gravy allowed on rice dishes.
* No yellow noodles
1. Plain rice(1/2 bowl) + fish/ chicken/ tofu/ egg/ beans (choose 1 palm size) + green vegetables (2 servings)
2. Plain rice (1/2 bowl) + green vegetables(3 servings)
3. Chicken rice (1/2 bowl)- plain white rice + steamed/ roasted chicken (1 palm size)
4. Yong tofu soup (6-7items) + plain rice or beehoon (1/2bowl) - 2 items of vegetable + non fired items & sweet sauce *Suggested item mushroom and needle mushroom
5. Fishball soup + beehoon(1/2) with preferably more vegetables
6. Fish slice soup + beehoon (1/2 bowl) or rice(1/2 bowl) with preferably more vegetables
7. Fish/ Chichen porridge (1 bowl)
8. Chicken Macaroni Soup (3/4 bowl) with preferably more vegetables
9. Mee sua soup (1 bowl) with preferably more vegetables
10. Spaghetti with minced meat (3/4 plate) - Tomato paste)
11. Japanese Bento Set(1 set) - Grilled salmon/Chicken (non-gravy)
12. Korean Bimbibab - Rice (1/2bowl), less sauce

Teabreak
1. Fruit (1serving)
2. Plain yogurt (1cup)
3. Oatmeal biscuits (3-4 pieces)
4. Soda/ Plain biscuits (3-4 pieces)

Dinner
*No carbohydrate food allowed. E.g. rice, bread, beehoon, kwaytiao, ban mian, porridge, noodles)
1. Protein (2/3 palm size) + vegetables (2 servings)
2. Vegetable (2 servings)
3. Green salad (1 bowl + dressing - apple cider vinger/ plain yogurt/ lemon juice)
4. Vegetable soup (1/2 bowl)
5. Fish slice soup without milk (1bowl)
6. Yong tofu soup (6-7 items) 2 items of vegetables + non fried items & sweet sauce
7. Fruits (1 servings)

Water consumption: 2.5 - 3liters everyday (Plain water)

The 2 years of National Service had ended.
Equals the end of some sadness and some happiness
I don't think that he will understand my pain in feeling lonely
However, I am happy to be released from the financial stress.
Hopefully after this month leaving on nothing.

I wish and always dreamt to have a princess like wedding
But I know it will cost alot
So it has always been a dream

Love is something all people don't have anything that could really explain
In life we also do not have many guidance as to a step by step manual that we can follow
If we are lost, we have to find the way out ourselves.

I just really hope my frustration of loneliness will end soon.
Even though I really do not know if it is the right choice,
but I really do not want to feel any sense of it.

It's Dong Zhi soon.. I don't know when. But this love from my grandma I cannot miss. I miss her it's been about 1 year plus since I last saw her apart from during CNY. I had been so busy with work that I neglected or was so tired and lazy.

Anyway, this year's glutinous rice is super bigger than usual from the pass few years! I wonder who had made it.

I hope to find some time to visit my grandma soon!

I am gaining more n more dislikes of working these few days. Thinking about how it affected my health got worst n get runs will help?

I am finally OFFICALLY A DIPLOMA GRADUATE!!!!

I graduated and now I have a full time job...
My future of my grad life seems to be pretty laid out especially during this period of retrenchment.
I was still able to get a decent job and a decent pay.
Thanks to my Facilitators in RP thou...
I got a job, that I am keen to do but not relevant to my studies!
WTH! Cos I regretted taking my course!

NEVERMIND!
My boss is great!
He is sending me on some courses that will help in what i do in the company!

I am so sorry for not updating my dear blog for so long.

I have been preparing for CNY and also CNY spring cleaning!!!

Will update real soon! My baby Ham Ham are now 3 weeks old!

I had a very short date today in class, we all went to Yakult FACTORY!!!
and finished class early. We onli had 10 people in the class...

Me and Candiss was camwhoring like no one's business at the factory.
i feel so pai seh! but who cares!
like i will give the photos to terrorist and let them misuse the bacteria?
Of Cos NOT!!!

These donuts from J.Co are light and you will not get tired of eating them, and you can't stop with one!

Number 3 love: Waffle Factory not really that lovely
I discovered about this place at Paya Labar at the Singapore Post Centre...
On a Tv show... Went down to try...
It was suppose to be a waffle buffet from 10am to 10pm...
but when i reached at 6pm in the evening, i saw that they had pasted a paper over the 10pm to 12pm...
I felt so cheated!!!

However the display looks tempting
So Mr Bf and I just chose those flavours that we like, so we chose white chocolate with oreo crumps and double chocolate...

was a bit sad that the taste are so-so
cos the waffle is so thick that i only can taste the flour more than the ingredients they put inside...

Discovered this during NBW when someone who is so kind to give me a bottle and i fell in love with it...

i am just gonna say what i felt after talking and experiencing it after so long...

Education...

having good education in Singapore is rather important
everyone looks at cert
it is also better to get what u need as fast as possible
so your parents wont be needing to support u so much (unless your parents are rich!)
when you are still in school. (unless u are able to really feed urself and stand alone by urself, like me!)
but it is really something that is difficult that you wan to support yourself while studying

i am finally getting rid of studying and getting my diploma!
although i really hate school! i mean i hate RP! opps!
its true! you will get tired of the PBL system! so routined!
many of the year3s like me are having this i wan to leave this place(RP) as SOON as POSSIBLE syndrome!
even my best fren thinks school is a bore, when she always come to school last time...

back to topic,
i mean why take a longer way and then think u can go poly thru ITE?
my experience most likely no! you can't!
hello!!! wake up please! you have a result of 0.5 more to get into NA.
so u just going to let your results decide?
it is your results! YOU are the one who is suppose to control it!

even though if you get thru ITE,
den be able to go Poly, which Poly you will most likely go? REPUBLIC POLYTECHNIC!!!

So it is left with RP... Which will open their hands and well come you! but this situation will only be temporary!
and who knows in a few years time they will change too? change to not collect students so easily?

i had been missing out alot on the happenings in the world.
Kinda lost in touch!
im totally in my own little world

i miss going out with my friends, shopping, celebrating friends birthdays at resturant, chilling out at starbucks, buying things i like with no reasons of use, playing arcade, going to sentosa, go facial, eating good food, traveling etc... my list is getting longer...

i can't do all these cos i have to work work work!

Sick SICK SICK SICK!!!

it's my 5th packet of tissue now!
in class now with a open nose tap!
i cant miss any more classes already!!!!
been sick and lazy and tired of school
i have to drag my feets to school

I have been unwell for 3 weeks....
seen doctor and still had not get any better
but went from bad to worst
i dunno why i am so weak now!

last 2 weeks i had an allergic reaction on my skin
due to the construction outside my house
lucky Mr BF helped me to clean my whole room with detol last sun
which made me feel better now
if not i will still be scratching n scratching till my skin is all swollen and red

i am stress, tired and lazy!
i am working my head off

now having 4 part time jobs!!!
i just cant help it, i just need the money to feed myself and my the other
and job offers keeps coming to me and i dunno how to reject cos i just need the money!
lucky enough that everyone i work with are so caring and lovely

then i have school and my photo IG MC to handle...
one by one keep piling up

sometimes i just feel like giving up so much!
Thanks Mr Bf to be always here for me,

and with all the tiredness

Mr BF just lost his job again on his birthday, last week.

A shocking thing to heard from a 12 year old kid who just finished his PSLE
and getting his results on 20th Nov, this Thursday.

which made me had alot of thoughts after the whole event

Wordy post....

Today I went to cover an event
It's a boys school(keeping the school's name confidential) having a small camp on building confidence... a primary school....
there were onli around 16 students
heard that many dropped out of the camp due to unkown reasons
whom i think they had missed alot
even though some who have been forced into the camp
i think it's truely a unforgettable experience for them

i didnt cover the whole camp event
but a small part, a 4 hour workshop that was held by Jensen
a self discovery workshop
to help them prepare for their secondary 1 life
(how many schools are doing that to help the students??)

the start of the workshop was kinda chaotic
the boys were so hyper that they can make any laughter out of a tiny little things
in my mind, i thought... "hai! another bunch of pampered kids!"

but after the break that we had,
when the teacher called them together
and talked to them
making them reflect on their actions

there was a very much improvement on their behaviour
although i still thinks that kids nowadays are so pampered in the family
1 xbox not enough! still got xbox360... computer.... blah blah blah....

at my time, i dun even have a handphone
but now they are holding, Nokia Nseries phones....
opps i sound so old suddenly

back to the topic
after the activities that Jensen had with them that was chaotic at the first part
they "tamed down"
and had a little talk session with Jensen about What makes you happy? How happy are you?
the boys started opening their heart
and had a heart to heart talk with Jensen

some shared somethings that many family are facing:
- biasness towards the younger slibings
- wanting more freedom
- no more nagging from parents
- parents not listening to the child
- accusing or blaming the child of what they had not done
- elder slibings bully

i guess some of us can really some similarities.

A boy who had made the biggest impression to all of us
Was this boy named Daniel
His happiness level out of 10/10 was -10/10
He said:
- he wants his father to die and go to hell
- wants his mother to die very badly and go to hell
- wants WWIII to happen
- wants to be knocked down by a car
- wants 100 million dollars to buy alot of lambo, ferrari, things that he wants and a nuclear bomb to bomb the whole world and kill everyone in this world

THEN! he will be happy.

Jensen asked him what was the most happiest thing that happened to your life?
He replied:"I am very happy that I heard that my great great great great great and alot of greats... grandfather's GOOD friend was Hitler."

He didnt seems to have anything that he is really happy about for a kid
he also mentioned that he had his 12years of life in this world
saying that this world is so ugly

Den what do you like in your life now?
He said:
- My room which is painted black from the walls to the floor which he forced his dad to paint it for him, and in return, he slapped his father, and said thank you woman, cos he thinks his father acts like a woman
- My fren who lend me play his xbox360, which cos his fren got more games den him

who is so open about his feelings to even share with everyone who was there
did he want attention?
I had alot of WHYS in my mind
but i am really glad that there is now alot of help that is going around to help students from younger age to manage their feelings and emotions, understand about themselves, motivations...

how i wish i had these kind of help last time...
comparing them to myself that time at their age
i was just so innocent and didnt know the word F*** till i was around sec 1

i really hoped they will make use of what they learn
cos its really a valuable lesson in their life
that they might not have a chance to have it again

I have been having this skin irritations ever since last last Sat...
Onli went to doc on last fri as persuaded by my Service Man Faci...
I have to go...

anti itch pills i mean...

Hey GUYS!!!

I've recieved an email from my friend on a petition of high bus fares for poly students.

To: the bus companies
It is obviously unfair that SMRT and SBS charge polytechnic students adult fares while JC students only pay 45cents per trip. Are we not of the same age as JC students? Do we NOT travel as much as JC students do? Are our families any better off than theirs? The general answer is NO, Polytechnic students are in fact just average students. Yes, there are elder students who are already working and capable of supporting themselves, but they still hold a very much smaller percentage as compared to the young students fresh from secondary school. I do believe SMRT and SBS are smart enough to not make decisions based on stereotyping thinking, and i certainly do believe that they are capable of being fair and unbiased, so i take it this fare difference was due to negligence in decision discussion and making. A higher fare would very directly affect the students' moods about school, discouraging students from poorer families to continue with their studies. This could impact the Singaporean economy as the majority of people studying go to polytechnics after their O levels, and a high fare would discourage workers from coming back to polytechnics to upgrade themselves.

imagine you sitting on one of the seats uncleaned! or even lay yourself on it...

I've noticed! All the SMRT buses are all with cotton seats??
which are especially prone to sucking up the juices from the disgusting stuffs?
and you sitting on it?
and the germs just stick to your skin or your clothing?
what if you have to be stuck on the bus on long journey? WTH!!!

Can SMRT buses change their buses's seats to PVC or some other plastics like SBS Transit?
Do they even care about the cleaniness in the bus?
the Bus fare just hiked again! and nothing is done well in the service!!!
Why are we paying so much? Just for the fuel??
Will they look in the hyigene?? Which is causing all the dieases that is passing around these days...
Are they going to do something about it?
My worst bus rides are usually with SMRT buses which have more rocky rides and also smelly bus!

it's been so long since i last blogged... no time! have to work for some income to b in my pocket to pay my bills!!! and buy some stuffs...

Day 1 of my weekend...
went to IT show Comex
didnt even get a chance of taking photos cos it was just too crowded
and have to make sure that i keep close to Mr BF so not to lose him.

the whole place is so crowded
and it's the biggest IT show of the year!
5 floors!
1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th floor!!!!

first is to get Hadi's first DSLR!
Sony Alpha 200!!!
me and Mr Bf helped him to carry his free gifts...
which included one dry cabinet!!!
ahhh!!!! so jealous!
shall save up! hahah...

bought a new ear piece from audio technica!!! RED!!!! yeapie!
the sound is superb!
so Ladies & Gentlemens,
my advice
if you want to have a good and long lasting ear piece,
why not try to buy from audio technica
and what i learnt fro Mr Bf, is to run the ear piece in continuous music playing for 6hours
to make the ear piece "seasoned"...

and Mr BF starting to fall in love with red also...

and Ram for my koyak CPU... hahah...
so i can do some work at home!

Late post: My 5days KL trip

went up to KL to meet Mr Bf at KL for his cuz's wedding!
took aerobus up to KL
was a sudden decision cus we initially wasnt able to book any tickets for me up...
the bus was late
it suppose to come at 7pm but came 45min late... haiz...
a 6 hour plus trip
what a road trip alone
i miss Mr BF badly!
arrived at KL at around 1plus
it is also my first time attending and witnessing the proccess of a malay wedding
i guess i have to get used to the culture and learn to appreciate it
my mood wasn't that good
although im very happy to be there with Mr BF
there is so much not to do in the malay culture in front of the whole family

first night when i reached, i slept at his cuz's house...

had a hard time that day cos i wore a super uncomfortable shoe! and gave up taking photos but to just rest my legs.

i went with Mr BF again on Wednesday to do more intense macro using my 90mm telemacro lens! fully manual!!! and having a super hard time!!!
but i love it cos my photos turned out well! =D cos we spent like almost half the day there!

initially just want to see the exhibition of the Singapore Young Photographer 2008.

i haven been updating my life for the past few days
have been feeling very uncomfortable with my body

tell me about it... was in the hospital in the A&E sector for
more than 5 hours....
was sent on bed for observation for 4 hours
was suppose to be admitted cos i was still in pain
but i refused
i dun wan to let my mummy know
she's gonna be mad at me
i dunno how is she going to feel but i just dun wan her to worry

Hello everyone!!!!
Ms Anthea here is really really sick!
So Sorry for not updating for so long!
Was not feeling very good these few days!
Didnt go for lessons for the whole week...
Went to see1 doc who says the same as the other time and gave me almost the same medi.
den i decided to go to polyclinic yesterday and was refered to TTSH.
having this stupid stomach problems seens last year.
the pain this time is alot worst.
Mr BF still suspect that i had stomach ulcer
as i blackout a few times when i was with him
the pain is unbearable...

but i still cant let go of UT and school stuffs,
my photoIG suppose to have an event yesterday,
took cab down just to attend UT and
missed the talk by edwin koo
but waited for the to finish and see them

i told dine i was suppose to be refered to TTSH this afternoon
but until 9plus i am still at sch with MrBF for his dance
i am so not willing to go to hospital cause i do not have enough money
dine die die wanted me to go,
and so she pei me there and waited until 3plus den she go home,
i love her so much! Thanks dine!
Was in the observation ward from 1230 to 330
Den the doc came to see me, but was still in pain
i refused to be admitted, cos i didnt want my mum to worry... haizz

when we did not use so much,

the bill that they bill us is so not transparent.

FINALLY!!! its THE Holidays!

I got lots to update! but i dunno which to start first...

i noe its abit too late, but i'll just get the latest...
